About Making Up and Falling Out

Like in politics, there are no permanent friends in Bollywood as well. After the Shah Rukh Khan and Farah Khan episode, one is forced to accept that fact. The same Farah Khan, who swore never to make a film with anyone else but SRK is now directing one with Akshay Kumar instead.

Things are not the same anymore between the two. And realizing that change is inevitable, SRK too seems to be making overtures towards one Vishal Bhardwaj. In earlier times, SRK and Bhardwaj had fallen out over a script. SRK had suggested certain changes in a script which Bhardwaj did not take too well and the duo had some kind of a war with words. Now one hears that SRK has extended a hand in friendship and the two have made up. But one powerful duo seems to have fallen out. One is talking of Imtiaz Ali and Hrithik Roshan. It would be a dream to get 'Jab We Met' director and Hrithik together but it seems that father Rakesh Roshan was not too impressed by the script. He suggested certain changes which the director was not willing to accept and so the deal was called off. Apparently, the film was to be produced by Eros and Rakesh Roshan. But the deal fell through and, the last one heard, Imtiaz is writing a script for a film starring Ranbir Kapoor.
